The Best of Always Well Within 2018

The Best of Always Well Within 2018

If challenges are indeed opportunities, I’ve been blessed with more than my share this year.  It’s been a year of profound loss and radical change.  I’ve tried to harvest whatever insights and wisdom I could from the crises that have occurred, and share them with you here on the Always Well Within blog and in my bi-monthly Wild Arisings e-letter.

Not that I’ve managed all these tests gracefully. I’ve often felt challenged by strong emotions. And in fact, I’ve revisited my own advice here on the blog more than once.

But through all the painful moments, when I could get past my “self,” I’ve come to appreciate, even more acutely, the complexity of the psyche, the fragility of the human heart, and all the ways the body bears the burden when things fall apart.  A little more compassion, a little more tenderness, I feel, is indeed the greatest blessing of all.

I still have some bumpy bits to go through in the coming months, but I’m looking forward to a lighter and brighter 2019. And I hope it will be so for you too.

The Best Always Well Within Posts of 2018

I love sifting through my articles each year, and discovering the ones you liked best.  Here are the most popular posts of 2019.

My best personal growth posts from 2018 on everything from calming stormy emotions to slowing down and enjoying life more to soothing the pain of betrayal. Want to know if you’re in a codependent relationship, stuck in the drama triangle, or how to …

If you would like to read more, here are more “best posts” from recent years:

What’s Ahead for Always Well Within in 2019?

I’ll continue to write on a variety of topics related to personal and spiritual growth, whatever inspires me in the moment that I feel might benefit you as well.

In January, some of my posts will be on practical topics that will help you get organized for the year.

I’m especially interested in codependency and recovery and all the topics that surround it. So in 2019, you’ll see more posts on self-esteem (and all aspects of self-love, self-respect, and self-care), boundaries, self-responsibility, and working with our thoughts and emotions in a healthy way.

I recently received training in the Community Resiliency Model, a set of 4 concepts and 6 self-help skills developed by the Trauma Resource Institute to help individuals understand the biology of traumatic stress reactions and learn specific skills to return the body, mind and spirit back to balance after experiencing traumatic events.  I’ll share what I’ve learned with you on the blog.

I’ll also write on mindfulness, share spiritual wisdom, and address everyday stress.

I’ll continue to share from my heart in my bi-monthly e-letter, Wild Arisings.

I have an incredible body of work on Always Well Within that I would like to gather into books.  I would love to create new courses too.  But I won’t make any promises this year. After all the turbulence of the past two years, I feel I need to focus on my own healing and recovery.

How Can You Help?

Every year I write more than 50,000 words of free content for you, between the blog and my e-letters.  You can help me continue by:

The proceeds and commissions from these endeavors cover the cost of running the blog and sending out my e-letters, like web hosting, mailing list service, social media services, and more. It all adds up to more than you might imagine.

So Grateful to You!

As always, I’m deeply grateful for your presence.  Writing and creating for you gives my life meaning and purpose.  Thank you for reading my articles and e-letters, sharing my posts, commenting, and connecting via email. I love hearing from you and learning about your needs, wishes, and dreams.

What are you looking forward to in 2019? I would love to hear. Let me know in the comments.

Thank you for your presence, I know your time is precious!  Don’t forget to  sign up for Wild Arisings, my twice monthly letters from the heart filled with insights, inspiration, and ideas to help you connect with and live from your truest self. Subscribers receive access to the Always Well Within Library of Free Self-Discovery Resources. May you be happy, well, and safe – always.  With love, Sandra
