7 Beautiful Images and 7 Timeless Quotes to Inspire Less Stress

Stress - Smile

I enjoy sharing daily inspiration on the Always Well Within Facebook Page in the form of images and quotes, sometimes together, sometimes separately.

I selected these 7 images with 7 powerful quotes to help inspire less stress in your life.  The quotes speak succinctly to the triggers that give rise to stress as well as ways to dissolve stress, sometimes in an instant.

I know that living with ease is an ongoing journey, not a sudden, miraculous transformation.  And so, we all need reminders, support, and inspiration to let go of the angst!  I hope these images and quotes will brighten and lighten your days.

Feel free to use these images in any way that will inspire more ease for you and others.  The photos are public domain and the quotes are timeless.  Please go ahead and use them on:

Stress - Wisdom

These days, it may seem impossible to beat stress.  I want you to know that you don’t have to be a victim of stress.  You can turn stress around by:

  • Making wise choices.
  • Looking deeply within at your own patterns.
  • Learning stress-reduction techniques.
  • Practicing mindfulness.

These are some of the topics covered in my e-course:  Living with Ease, 30 Days to Less Stress.

Please enjoy these stress-less images and put them to good use.  It’s my pleasure to share them with you.

Tell us, which one is your favorite?  Why does it speak to you?

I’m so happy you’re here!  Let me know if there’s anything special you would like me to write about.  And thank you so much for sharing my posts.   If you’re new, please subscribe for free updates by email.  With love and gratitude, Sandra

Live Quotes ” Can Feel The Warmth Of The Depth In Experience ” Of The People Who Uttered Them!

  2. Jean Sampson

OMG, I loved them ALL! And the images were so beautiful! Thank you, Sandra! I am going to revisit these and let them really sink in, I love the one about the dragons guarding our greatest treasures! Wonderful!

    • That’s the trick, isn’t it Jean – to really let them sink in. I love that quote from Rilke. It’s been one of my favorites for the longest of time.

  3. They are each beautiful!!

I love “smile, breathe and go slowly” because it’s an affirmation for how I choose to live – and Thich Naht Hahn is one of the teachers whom I trust to use his message to deepen my practices of presence/sacred connection.

And, “let silence take you to the core of life” because I love Rumi (I want to feel the expanse of what Rumi felt, as I experience daily life) and also I find silence to be a sacred space so I spend much time in silence.

Thank you for sharing such peace and beauty!

    • You’re welcome, Joy! Thanks for sharing your favorites and how they speak to you. I would like to feel that expansive sense of spacious mind more often too!

  4. Lori

These are absolutely beautiful! I think my favorite is: “Our deepest fears are like dragons guarding our deepest treasures” but I like the picture that the Ralph Waldo Emerson quote is on the best. A great collection of thoughts and images. Thanks!

  5. Just love these Sandra. Absolutely beautiful. I appreciate you so very much. 🙂

  6. Beautiful, Sandra! I can’t pick one. I just can’t.

But I will. For my facebook page. Which one? Hmmm….

  7. Love them all and the Rumi one stood out for me xx

    • Thanks, Suzie! I can see why the Rumi quote stood out for you. I appreciate how deeply committed you are to moments of quiet.

  8. Such gorgeous images and inspiring quotes. I love the silence one best – hoping to create more of it in 2015 and less mindless chatter 🙂

  9. That’s a great goal for 2015, Annabel! I’m sure you’ll do great with it!

  10. I love these. They are such great reminders. I’ll be saving some of them to keep me inspired!

  11. The question is not what you look at but what you see…that’s my fav. It describes my world view, which is the world is our mirror. We have created what we see, and so it is different for everyone. Some parts for sure are a like, but no two versions will be exactly the same.
Nice post. I like the simple but thought provoking quotes. When skillfully presented, it does not take much to open up worlds.

    • Hi Laura,

I’m so agree, everything depends on our perception. So often two people see the same situation differently. One of my aspirations is to learn to see things as they are without all the projections and all that is added on. So much can indeed be a mirror for us.

This is an interesting idea: “When skillfully presented, it does not take much to open up worlds.” We’re so fortunate that many before us have mastered that skill!

Thanks for sharing your perspectives, Laura. They are compelling.

  12. Absolutely Love these images!

  13. Loved the images and quotes. Lovely look at and inspiring to read. Thanks for sharing, more power!
