Lift Yourself Up

You don’t want to stick your nose into the computer 24/7 as you shelter-at-home. But there’s a wealth of inspiration available on the internet that can bring you up when you feel down. So take advantage of it!

Use these resources to lift yourself out of the dark places, and to keep your spirit elevated as much as possible. Stay connected with peace, love, beauty, and truth, not as a means of denial but as a way to also hold the bigger picture.

And remember, be grateful to have internet access. It’s a privilege many people don’t have, including children who have no way to access online school lessons at home.
