Books
Following you’ll find a list of the books that have helped and inspired me over the years in three categories:
- health and well being;
- meditation and Buddhism;
- society and values.
One word of caution on the wellness front. In the case of complex health challenges, there rarely is one single book that holds all the answers. Many books offer well-intended advice that may help many of others, but would send you or me into a tailspin.
Each and every one of us is different. We each need to find our own unique ways of staying healthy or recovering once we are ill. Knowing oneself is of crucial importance when it comes to health and well-being.
That being said, every one of these books, single chapters, or sometimes even a single paragraph have been a gem in my life at one point or the other. To your health!
