How do you do it? Just after an initial browsing I can already see that you put your heart and soul into this blog, and you maintain it with regular, well written pieces and reflections. You must always be working on it! I would love to keep a blog, but am afraid to start as I just know that I couldn’t maintain it as I would want to! Though it would be a lovely way to keep thinking and reflecting and even interacting with like-minded people about spiritual matters!
Thanks for your appreciative words, Edith. Blogging can indeed take a lot of time and can even become addictive. So many bloggers are beginning to look for ways to find more balance in blogging. I love writing and sharing and always hope that whatever I share here will help someone else in some small way. Over time, I’ve learned how to manage my time so that blogging doesn’t consume me. I do my best to give my all in the articles I write, but I also limit the amount of time I spend on blogging since I have many other high priorities in my life – like meditation.
It’s always possible to start a blog for fun and just update it when you feel inspired. But I know that might be challenging to do!

I hope you will start blogging. I think it definitely helps the blogger as well the readers. I have noticed that happiness from blogging has been spilling out onto other areas of my life. WordPress has been a good place for me to start, as a complete novice. Their tutorials and help really do help. As to quality, I think that it is OK for the blog to grow at your own rate of progress, starting as best you can and getting better.

Thanks for your blog, which I have just discovered through Alistblogging. I will have a go at finding my own 101 rays after reading your “101-rays-of-gratitude”.
