Spark Your Goodness ~ November

Cats and Kabocha Squash Flowers

At the end of each month, I publish my favorite articles from around the web, books, and resources – the ones that will help you live with more confidence, clarity, and ease.

Virtual Holiday Faire

  • Check out the first Liberated Life Project Virtual Holiday Fare for unique and beautiful gifts for your family and friends. (And yourself, too.)

Great Articles Plus

I shared my first post on Medium, the new publishing platform connected to Twitter.  I began with an article already published on Always Well Within:  How to Be Happy During the Holidays.  If you check it out, please consider pushing the green “recommend” button.  Then more people will have a chance to see it.  And it might be just what they need in the midst of holiday chaos.  Thank you!

Cool Courses

  • I recommend the Goodblog Project self-study course if you would like to start a blog or grow the one you have. Learn how to blog simply, but effectively so you’re not wasting your precious time in all the wrong activities.  (affiliate link)
  • 31 Days of Gifts You Deserve is an inexpensive and incredibly fun way to stay inspired through the holiday season.  Starts December 1st.

The Heart of November:  Possibilities and Limitations

I also post a mini-review of the month to remind myself to focus on what really counts.  I hope it inspires you to  live more intentionally too.

Miracles happen!  After 10 years of searching, everything came together to explain my particular biochemical individuality this month.  Now I know why my body tends to be extra sensitive, and what I can do about it.  It’s also helpful to clearly understand my limits, too.

The lesson?  Never expect anything to stay the same forever.  Miracles happen.  And, if not a full blown miracle, significant shifts may occur.

Don’t forget to check out the Faire!

How was your November?  What did you learn about yourself or the world?

How to Take Care of Yourself When You Don’t Feel Grateful

How a Good Girl Became Not Such a Good Girl and Discovered Her True Self

  1. Jean Sampson

Hi Sandra. These ALL look intriguing and I am going to save them to read later after all the wildness of the season is done!
Thanks for all of the wonderful things you give to your readers! I really do appreciate it and YOU!

    • Hi Jean,

I’m so glad you are looking forward to reading some of these. I realized the list is huge this time, and everyone is busy with the holiday. How smart of you to save the list for later! 🙂 Thanks for your appreciative words. You make a difference in my life.

  2. Thanks Sandra, I always look forward to your roundups and find some good reads!

    Meow 🙂 A

  3. Another great collection. And I love your thought provoking question about what I learned in November. Honestly, this year I really, truly anchored the concept of gratitude within me. It’s always seemed a bit superficial before.

    • That is so awesome that you have truly anchored gratitude within you. I’m so happy for you! Glad you enjoyed the collection.

  4. Incredibly rich resources Sandra! Thank you! <3

  5. Great picture. Is that you cat?

In this november I learnt plenty of things. I write down things in my journal every day, and in a special section I keep the “key lessons of the today”. That’s been a great habit I’ve found.

Perhaps the most important thing I learnt in November was to focus on doing the most important and urgent things first, and then do everything else – to prioritize better.
